1. Scope & Access
These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the EMTEX Middle East web platform. Accessing and reading the content on this website is open and free to all users equipped with an internet connection and proper browsing hardware.
2. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details when submitting forms for enquiries, bookings, or registrations. Any attempts to disrupt website operations, run SQL injection, scrape data unlawfully, or cause server overload are strictly prohibited.
3. Conditions of Sale (Stand Bookings & Sponsorships)
The website showcases exhibition packages ("Stand Packages") and event partnership plans ("Sponsorship Packages").
Rates are denoted in international currencies (USD / AED) and exclude local taxes unless specified otherwise. Submitting a digital form on this website constitutes a request for option booking or pre-reservation only.
A sale becomes binding only upon signature of a formal commercial contract and order form by both the exhibitor/partner and Gulf Media Events Group. Payment terms, schedule of installments, cancellation policies, and compensation fees are detailed in that final contract.
4. Liability Disclaimer
While the publisher endeavors to keep information up to date, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to system upgrades or network failure. Information is subject to updates, and errors of display do not bind the publisher.
5. Governing Law
These terms, as well as website operations and any booking requests, are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Dubai.
